## When Leading Yourself Matters Most

Designed for leaders who want to strengthen self-management, clarity, and consistency – regardless of role or tenure.  
**Best for:** Individual Leaders who want a personal leadership structure they can apply immediately.

###### Immersive

A structured virtual leadership development experience for up to three people from one organization, alongside participants from other companies. Through a sequence of facilitated sessions, participants strengthen the self-management, focus, communication, and leadership habits needed to move from managing work to leading people.

An individualized approach to personal and leadership development. Participants are paired with an experienced coach who helps them clarify objectives, gain insight, and build the habits and behaviors needed to lead more effectively.

Built for teams of leaders who need a common framework for applying leadership principles together.  
**Best for:** Teams seeking consistent leadership behaviors, accountability, and alignment across functions and departments.

###### Immersive Cohort Group

A structured development experience for peer or departmental cohorts within one organization. Participants strengthen the productivity habits, communication practices, and shared approaches that improve how they work individually and together.

A focused team development experience designed to improve collaboration, communication, alignment, and performance. Teams learn practical skills they can apply immediately to work more effectively together.

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s model, this process helps teams assess and strengthen the core behaviors that drive team performance: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. Teams build on existing strengths while identifying the behaviors that need greater focus and consistency.

Designed for senior leaders and graduates of Accelerating Leadership Impact, this experience focuses on the attitudes, habits, and leadership behaviors required to lead other leaders effectively.

A predictable, evidence-based team effectiveness process built around the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey. Sessions focus on team culture, productivity, and the practical behaviors that help teams work with greater clarity, alignment, and accountability.
